Terms of Service summary

The terms on which MeshWorks Wireless Oy (Finland) intends to provide the IRIS service — summarised in plain language.

Last updated: 7 June 2026

The service

IRIS is a critical alert orchestration platform. You send alerts via the API or app; IRIS routes them across channels, escalates until a human acknowledges, and records an audit trail. Live channels and roadmap channels are labelled honestly across this site — you should rely only on what is marked live.

Acceptable use

  • Use IRIS only for legitimate operational and safety-critical alerting — not for marketing, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Only message recipients who expect operational alerts from you, and honour opt-out (STOP) requests.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform, and comply with applicable law and carrier rules.

Credits

Usage-based

You buy credits and spend them on what you send. No per-seat charge.

Non-refundable

Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

12-month expiry

Credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Liability & disclaimer

IRIS is a tool that increases the likelihood a critical alert reaches a human; it is not a guarantee of delivery, and downstream carrier and network failures are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free delivery. Specific limitations of liability and any service-level commitments are set out in the Service Agreement between you and MeshWorks Wireless Oy; nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union, with disputes subject to the competent Finnish courts. The full Terms will confirm the precise venue and jurisdiction.
