my-iris reaches the right person — first in the my-iris app on their phone, then with a voice call in the receiver group’s language, escalating until a human acknowledges — and proves every step for compliance. That is the whole job, and we do not consider it done until a human has acted and the record is written.
Vision
Near term: the most trusted critical-communication platform in regulated Europe. Long term: the communication operating system for enterprise AI — where machines and the humans who must act coordinate the response on EU-trusted infrastructure.

The story
The world today is full of silent critical signals: a freezer drifting out of range, a line vibrating toward failure, a grid faulting at 3 AM. The people who must act are asleep, off-shift, underground, or speaking another language.
my-iris is the bridge. It carries each critical signal to a person — a push to their phone, then a call if the push goes unanswered — until a human acknowledges, then proves it happened. The rainbow becomes the path from machine signal, to human action, to audited resolution.
That is also why the brand stays calm. The product handles the alarms so the people do not have to panic — steady, precise, and relentless until the alert is resolved.
What we believe
A handful of convictions shape every decision in the product.
Compliance is not a feature we bolted on for European buyers — it is where the product physically lives. my-iris runs on Cloudflare’s EU edge, with state pinned to EU jurisdiction. The trust is structural.
We describe only what my-iris does today: a push to the my-iris app, a voice call when the push goes unanswered, and escalation until someone acknowledges. We do not list channels we have not built. Trust is the entire product — we do not spend it on marketing.
my-iris grew out of the alerting MeshWorks built for its own pharmaceutical monitoring service, Seemoto — first as AMS v1, the system my-iris replaced. The hard edge cases were discovered in production, at 2 AM, not in a spec.
my-iris is priced per seat: one seat for each person who receives alerts. Push alerts through the my-iris app are included in the seat; voice calls and SMS end reports are charged only when they are sent.
Who builds my-iris
my-iris is built by MeshWorks Wireless Oy, a Finnish IoT company. The company was founded by Marko Kyrölä and also operates two IoT products in production — which is exactly why my-iris exists.
The founder who builds the product is the customer who uses it. my-iris is the alerting layer those products rely on, rebuilt edge-native and offered to everyone who has the same problem: a critical signal that has to reach a human, fast, with proof.
Cold-chain and environmental monitoring for pharmaceutical and life-science operations. my-iris grew out of the alerting layer Seemoto depended on every day.
Sensing and intelligence for buildings — the kind of physical-world signal that needs to reach a human and get acted on. The same critical-communication problem, a different vertical.
