Why does the call language matter?

The voice call is the fallback that reaches someone when a push goes unanswered, often at night. It has to be understood at once, so my-iris reads the alert and the keypad options in the group’s language: press 1 to acknowledge, 2 to skip, 3 to hear the message again.

Is the my-iris app available in other languages?

Not today. The app’s own words are in English. The alert text is whatever your system sends, and voice calls and SMS end reports use the receiver group’s language.

What languages does my-iris support?

Voice calls and SMS end reports come in seven languages: English, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, French, Spanish and German. Each receiver group has a language, and every voice call and SMS end report for that group uses it, so the people in the group hear the alert and the keypad options in the language you chose for them. The my-iris app itself is in English today.
