my-iris alert management is a monthly subscription per seat. A seat is one person who receives alerts: each phone number in your receiver groups counts once, however many groups it is in. Push alerts through the my-iris app are included in the seat price. Voice calls are charged per call, and the SMS end report, a paid option, per SMS segment. Both are paid from prepaid credit, so only what is sent is charged. Enterprise and approved customers can pay by invoice. We quote the seat price for your workspace: talk to us.

What does every seat include?

The my-iris app on Android and iPhone, with push alerts. Escalation one person at a time until someone acknowledges. Acknowledge or skip in the app, and a message thread in every alert. An end report for every alert, in the app and the console. The audit trail, configurable retention, and GDPR export and erasure. And alerts from your systems by REST API or email.
