How long is my alert data kept, and where is it stored?

You choose the retention window yourself: 30, 90, or 365 days as a self-service tier, with data purging automatically once the window closes. The window also covers the my-iris app’s data: the messages posted on alerts, the push records and the end reports. If you need longer for an audit trail, up to 5 years can be arranged. Alert data lives on the EU edge by architecture — Cloudflare Durable Objects pinned to EU jurisdiction — so it isn't stored outside the EU as a side effect of infrastructure choice.
